Each piece at Rapid Jewelers is selected or finished with intention.
We believe jewelry should be lived with slowly, chosen carefully, and kept for years.
If something feels misaligned, we are here to help resolve it with clarity and care.
Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unworn and in original condition.
• Custom, resized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

If minor adjustments are needed after delivery, our workshop will guide you through the process whenever possible.

Exchanges
We understand that certain pieces may feel different once experienced in person.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for store credit or another available piece of equal value.
Exchanged pieces must remain unworn and in original condition.
